纳米结构电子及机电实验室专注于在纳米结构和功能之间建立联系——特别是以一种前所未用的方式,并基于此开发新型器件的应用。我们目前的一个研究课题是开发用于微型无线通信和量子信息应用的集成拓扑声子系统。为此,我们综合运用电子信息、纳米技术、物理学和材料工程等多学科方法,力求在理论与实践层面取得突破性进展。
